About Us

Plants are by nature of God’s creation (in the 6th day). Plants sub-divide into Trees, herbs, fruits and vegetables.

Persons are characterized by flexible personality, traits and behaviors. In the field of health, persons have also flexible part of their medication such as illness and diseases. Aside from synthetic ways, persons urged to cope up Alternative way of life by the application of the said leading Medicinal Plants. Because of that,LAGUIT ACUPRESSURE AND HEALTH CENTER, (Clinica de Alternativo Medicina and Therapeutic Massage) established on 1996, with its introductory office in General Santos City, South Cotabato.

In the year 2003, this was emphasized as ALTERNATIVO MEDICINA and Wellness Center, Laguit Acupressure and Health Center, partly accessible in Southern Mindanao area specifically in McArthur Highway Matina, Davao City Philippines. The establishment initiated and spearheaded by Filipino descendant Dr. Jofre Loresto Laguit. Because of his willingness, he undergo diverse studies until he hit the top of victory. Now, he is a Certified in Naturopathy, Alternative Medicine Doctor, Certified Therapist and Iridologist, Vice-Pres: International Iridologist Practitioner Association, and Vice-Pres: PCAM (Philippine College for the Advancement in Medicine.

Alternativo Medicina Health and Wellness Center makes to extend the life long of the said Republic Act 8423 The Alternative Health Laws of the Philippines and The Traditional and Alternative Medicine Act of 1997.

Because of his untiring service (Community service and Broadcasting), the ALTERNATIVO MEDICINA and Wellness Center, Laguit Acupressure and Health Center has slightly expanded even there were some overwhelming competitiveness in the country and international as a whole. In Community Service, it is the necessary aspect to move upwards to knock development especially to adhere persons to the community.

Dr. Laguit has its own tactics through conducting Public Meeting, which involves Free Clinic (Free Check-up and Massage, and Product Demonstrations). Aside from that they accept Tutorial Massage such as Thai, Shiatsu, Swedish, Reflex and Acupressure, Acupuncture, and the like.

The Alternativo Medicina and Wellness Center will also cater you to realize the best relaxations in the city. The relaxation involves Massage – Thai, Swedish, Shiatsu, Reflex and Acupressure, and most the “Acupuncture”. He urged to present the effective and holistic healing of alternative products by broadcasting the following Air-Time Stations:
